Beef with Potato & Carrot (Feb 13, 2010)

We spent the evening at our friend's N&J's house babysitting their beautiful 2 year old.   M was bonding great with Ethan but apparently I need some work on my baby skills.

Luckily for us, N&J had prepared dinner and dessert.
