Tonight we have
dubu ganjang jorim (seasoned tofu) with brown rice, gim (seaweed sheets), kimchi, leftover potatoes that I seasoned with guchujong (chile paste), shreaded daikon, and lettuce.
I (Ethan) had some sake that my dad had sent:

ReplyDeleteWe were gazing around Trader Joe's last night and hubby asked, "Would you like that bottle of sake?" My answer? "Yes!" (I've always loved sake.)

The sake in the photo is SHO CHIKU BAI Nigori Cremè De Sake, very tasty stuff.
