Gochujang Chicken Stew (Mar 5, 2010)

Tonight I broke in a new Korean cookbook (The Complete Book of Korean Cooking) by trying its gochujang chicken stew. It was wonderful--it'll definitely be a regular part of the repertoire from here on out.

We also had seaweed salad, kimchi, and shredded daikon for banchan. And gim & rice.

And the chop sticks we received from Niki for our wedding :)

And Belgian beer, which was exactly what the spiciness of the chicken called for.

And ice cream for dessert!
